ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn a portfolio of SMB (small and medium) customers and develop a high level of customer engagement with your contact and key decision makers within your accounts. /li liGain a deep understanding of your customers business and be able to leverage this information to ensure that the customer maximises their usage of Perk. /li liIdentify growth opportunities and develop your portfolio by adding new business opportunities. /li liLeverage data analytics to provide clients with regular business reviews, reports and presentations to senior stakeholders. /li liBe an expert on the portfolio of Perk products in order to meet exceed quarterly targets of up‑selling and cross‑selling. /li liDevelop strong relationships with your clients that will shape their business travel programmes. /li liIdentify common problems within each account and develop strategies to solve issues in a timely manner whilst creating methods to ensure long term solutions.



/li liAct as a key contact between the internal Perk teams and the Account Management Team, to ensure product integrations during roll‑outs are as smooth as possible. /li liEffectively prioritise your time in order to maximise impact in key business areas. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDutch Native speaker and fluent in English (C1) /li liPrevious work experience within the Benelux market /li liAccount management or customer success previous experience is required. /li liBackground within a SaaS or travel‑tech business is highly preferred. /li liOutstanding presentation communication skills and the ability to build deep relationships. /li liGreat prioritisation and time management skills. /li liResult oriented mindset while keeping customer satisfaction as your top priority. /li liGreat ability to analyse and translate data for your customers. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
