This role combines hands-on operational execution, regional compliance knowledge, process optimization, and cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced global environment. /ph3bWhat You Will Do /b /h3h3Employee Lifecycle Management /h3ulliManage end-to-end onboarding processes across assigned EMEA countries, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with local requirements /liliCoordinate and execute employee lifecycle changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations /liliSupport offboarding processes in partnership with People Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and IT,



ensuring compliance and accurate documentation /liliAdminister Leave of Absence (LOA) processes, including medical leaves, parental leave, and other statutory or company leaves, ensuring compliance with local legislation /liliEnsure employee documentation, contracts, right-to-work documentation, and required records are accurately maintained within Workday /liliPartner with Integral Mobility and external vendors when immigration or relocation support is required /li /ulh3HR Operations Compliance /h3ulliSupport compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies across EMEA countries, particularly Spain, the UK, and Portugal /liliMaintain awareness of legislative updates impacting HR operations and elevate potential risks appropriately /liliSupport audits and compliance reviews, ensuring employee data integrity and documentation accuracy /liliPartner closely with Payroll, Legal, HR Tech,
