Responsibilities

- Lead the development of fragrance formulations from concept through to industrialization.
- Transform fragrance concentrates into market-ready finished products.
- Ensure the stability, compatibility, and performance of formulations.
- Coordinate testing, validation activities, and associated technical documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Fragrance Evaluation, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams.
- Resolve technical issues related to products and manufacturing processes.
- Explore new raw materials, technologies, and innovation opportunities.
- Mentor and support a small team of formulation scientists.
