ph3Hospital Procurement Support Specialist /h3 h3Location /h3 pHybrid, Solihull – 3 days a week in office, 2 days at home; Madrid – 3 days a week in office and 2 days at home. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport veterinary hospitals and clinics across Europe, ensuring they have the products, equipment and procurement support they need to deliver exceptional patient care. /li liAct as the trusted link between hospitals and the Commercial Procurement team, building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience. /li liCollaborate with colleagues across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to solve complex challenges and continuously improve procurement support services. /li liDrive process improvements, develop training resources and enhance self‑service tools to shape the future of hospital support. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in customer or client support, ideally within a veterinary, healthcare or procurement environment. /li liMinimum of three years’ experience in a veterinary hospital, pharmacy or clinic buying role. /li liBroad knowledge of surgical instruments, medical equipment and pharmaceutical products, including generic and trade names. /li liExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. /li liStrong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
