contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and guiding development direction /li liMonitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and digital health innovations to inform product strategy /li liPreparing successful product launches in collaboration with downstream teams and ensuring readiness for scale and deployment /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in Upstream Product Management, Digital Solutions, or Digital Health (typically 5+ years, including healthcare exposure) /li liStrong understanding of product development processes, ideally within Agile environments /li liExperience working in cross‑functional, international, and matrix organizations /li liAbility to translate customer and market insights into strategic product direction and technical requirements /li liStrong analytical thinking, innovation mindset, and problem‑solving capabilities /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liFluency in English and ideally one additional European language /li liRelevant academic background (e.g., MSc in engineering, digital/IT, life sciences, or related field) /li liWillingness to travel across EMEA as required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
