We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of payroll and labor administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination across HR and Finance.

Main Responsibilities

- Execute the monthly payroll process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

- Collect, validate, and consolidate payroll inputs (salaries, variable compensation, absences, bonuses, etc.).

- Collaborate with the Time & Attendance function to ensure correct and aligned payroll data.

- Calculate payroll adjustments, including overtime, absences, sick leave, and other variables.

- Prepare and review payroll reports, ensuring data consistency and reliability.

- Ensure correct calculation and payment of payroll taxes and social security contributions.

- Manage payroll accounting coordination and reconciliation with Finance.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records and documentation.





- Administer employment contracts, extensions, and contractual changes.

- Prepare HR documentation (contracts, certificates, official communications, etc.).

- Act as first point of contact for employee queries related to payroll, contracts, and administrative matters.

- Support in administrative aspects of labor procedures (disciplinary processes, documentation, follow-up).

- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal HR policies.

- Support internal and external audits by providing required HR and payroll documentation.

Requirements

- Degree or vocational training in Labor Relations, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.

- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll regulations.

- Experience with payroll software and time management systems.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines. xqbhyrx
