You are a quality-driven leader with a strong technical mindset and a passion for building scalable QA strategies from the ground up. You thrive in complex, distributed environments and enjoy working across teams without direct authority. You combine hands‑on expertise in automation, mobile quality, and CI/CD pipelines with a strategic vision of how quality impacts user experience at scale. You are comfortable influencing stakeholders and translating quality metrics into business impact.

What You Do

-

- Define and own the end‑to‑end QA strategy across all layers (mobile, backend, integrations), including release gates, KPIs, and quality standards.

- Build and scale automation frameworks (mobile UI, integration and contract testing), ensuring strong coverage of critical user journeys.

- Embed a shift‑left approach by contributing early in the lifecycle (refinement, API reviews, Definition of Done).

- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps and tech leads to ensure continuous quality validation.

- Define and manage test environments and test data strategy, ensuring compliance (e.g. GDPR) and reliability across systems.

- Lead non‑functional testing (performance, accessibility, localisation) and ensure production readiness at general scale.

- Drive quality governance, reporting, and continuous improvement through KPIs, defect analysis, and production feedback loops.

What You Bring

-

- Extensive experience in software QA,



including leadership roles driving QA strategy across complex, distributed environments.

- Proven track record building QA frameworks and automation capabilities from scratch in mobile app ecosystems (iOS & Android).

- Strong experience with test automation, CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and QA tooling (e.g. TestRail, Xray).

- Solid understanding of risk‑based testing, non‑functional testing, and large‑scale release management.

- Experience working with distributed teams, external vendors, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

- Strong technical background (automation, APIs, cloud environments) combined with a structured and strategic mindset.

- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate quality data into actionable insights for both technical and business stakeholders.
