This role will define and execute the security strategy for Iberia, driving loss prevention, incident management, risk mitigation, and operational resilience while supporting InPost's continued growth and operational excellence ambitions. /p pAs the regional security leader, you will work closely with Operations and key stakeholders to build a scalable, data-driven, and high-performing security framework, fostering a strong culture of prevention and continuous improvement across the organization. /p h3What responsibilities and objectives will you have? /h3 ul liDesign, build, and lead the Security function across Iberia. /li liManage multidisciplinary teams focused on loss prevention and security operations. /li liEstablish and oversee a 24/7/365 security incident management and escalation model. /li liLead loss prevention, investigations, asset protection, and incident resolution activities across depots and transport operations. /li liDevelop and implement security standards, governance frameworks, audits, and control mechanisms to minimise loss and operational risks. /li liManage security budgets, suppliers, and technology investments, ensuring efficiency and business value. /li liDrive data-led decision making through KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and security performance analysis. /li liLead innovation initiatives in surveillance, access control, incident management, and network securitisation. /li liBuild and develop a high-performing Security team while fostering a prevention culture across the organisation.



/li liPartner with Operations and key stakeholders to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve network security. /li /ul h3Objectives /h3 ul liReduce unknown loss across depots and transport operations. /li liBuild a robust, scalable, and effective Security Operations framework for Iberia. /li liEnsure timely detection, management, and resolution of security incidents. /li liAchieve Security department KPIs and strategic objectives. /li /ul h3Well, what will the requirements be? /h3 ul liProven experience in security management, loss prevention, and security operations. /li liStrong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. /li liSolid background in incident management within 24/7 and high-pressure environments. /li liStrong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. /li liKnowledge of physical security systems and investigation processes. /li liExcellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. /li liSpanish and Professional level of English required /li /ul h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul li5-7 years of experience in security operations, loss prevention, asset protection, or related roles. /li liUniversity degree, preferably related to Security, Operations, Data Analysis, Business Management, or similar fields. /li liSecurity Director licence issued by the Spanish Ministry of Interior (Law 5/2014 on Private Security)
