· Contribute to the development the Leadership & Talent Development portfolio as part of a team of Leadership and Talent Development experts and in close collaboration with Market Unit COEs.
· Design and deliver impactful Leadership & Talent Development programs aligned with the organization's strategy, using cutting-edge instructional approaches and a strong focus on measurable development outcomes.
· Continuously enhance Leadership & Talent Development programs by evaluating their effectiveness,
integrating best practices, and responding to evolving organizational needs.
· Contribute to additional Leadership & Talent Development topics and initiatives as they evolve, in line with organizational priorities and team needs.
· Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Market Unit COEs, and leaders to ensure relevance, alignment, and effective implementation of Leadership & Talent Development.
