We are seeking Senior Consultants passionate about sustainability who wish to contribute to the entrepreneurial and rapidly evolving environment of Neture Impact.

What We’re Looking For

-

- 4+ years’ experience in strategy consulting.

- Strong interest in sustainability and its application across different sectors.

- Experience in sustainability‑related projects (desirable).

- Relevant sustainability certifications (a plus).

- Fluency in Spanish and English.

- Proven ability to lead proposals and project workstreams independently.

- Capacity to immerse yourself in clients’ organisational reality to understand their culture, processes and behaviours.

- Ability to identify client needs and new business opportunities.

What You Will Do

- Support the delivery and leadership of complex projects.

- Contribute to proposal development and client engagement.

- Conduct research and knowledge‑building activities.
