We are looking for a Financial Crime Compliance Manager who will help improve our quality control and risk‑management processes to keep customers and the business safe. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liReview the quality and documentation of decisions made and deliverables created by FinCrime SMEs and Compliance Managers across the 1LoD and 2LoD. /li liProvide actionable feedback to relevant teams regarding control enhancements and procedural clarity. /li liIdentify trends and patterns in case handling to pinpoint areas for improvement in agent performance.
/li liContribute to compliance processes and minimum standards by identifying opportunities to improve adherence to quality standards, procedures, and company standards. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul liExperience working in a fintech, traditional financial institution, or regulatory body. /li li3+ years of experience in a financial crime area across the three lines of defence, including CDD, AML, sanction screening, and transaction monitoring. /li liThe ability to clearly communicate and detail risks and issues when reviewing previously completed work. /li liKnowledge of industry best‑practice FinCrime controls. /li liA results‑driven, pragmatic, and detail‑oriented approach. /li liAn interest in compliance and a willingness to deepen your knowledge. /li liFluency in English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
