Our product designers use Cursor and Claude every day to explore flows, prototype interactions and pressure‑test ideas. We need someone who can take those explorations from working prototype to production‑grade React in days, not sprints, and in doing so change how Growth decides what to build. /p pIn an AI‑first track, the speed and fidelity of prototyping is no longer just a craft question – it’s how we validate. A prototype realistic enough to put in front of customers, instrumented and shippable, is how we earn conviction and kill weak ideas early. Your work compresses the distance from an idea to a validated decision, and then to a shipped surface. It won't just illustrate a direction – it will help us choose it. /p pYou will build the operations, patterns, and prompt libraries that let our designers move at your pace, and set the bar for what “good” looks like when shipping with AI.
