The role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking, using data and audience insights to optimise investment, generate actionable recommendations, and support client growth. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul lipDevelop, execute, and optimise paid social strategies across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to consideration, traffic, and conversion. /p /li lipManage end-to-end paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and other relevant channels. /p /li lipTranslate business objectives into effective paid media strategies, ensuring investment is allocated efficiently to maximise results. /p /li lipAnalyse campaign performance and transform data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients. /p /li lipMonitor KPIs, identify optimisation opportunities, and proactively improve campaign performance through testing and experimentation. /p /li lipCollaborate with Strategy, Client Services, Creative and Analytics teams to deliver integrated media solutions. /p /li lipSupport new business opportunities by contributing to paid media pitches, media plans, and strategic recommendations. /p /li lipApply audience and market insights, including social listening outputs, to strengthen campaign planning and optimisation.
