You use Figma Make before opening a blank canvas. You prompt Midjourney, Nano banana or any other AI tool before sketching. You iterate 20 concepts where others make 2. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign core products /li liUse Figma Make and AI daily for rapid prototyping and iteration /li liLeverage generative AI tools for concept exploration, mood boards, and asset generation /li liMaintain and evolve Oppizi's design system and brand guidelines in Figma /li liCreate multiple design variations /li liCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver visual assets on tight timelines /li liOptimize designs based on performance data and A/B testing insights /li liProduce motion graphics and simple animations for digital campaigns /li liStay current with emerging AI design tools and continuously integrate new capabilities into your workflow /li liDocument and share AI design best practices with the team /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Must-have Requirements /h3 ul li2+ years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio /li liActive daily use of at least 1 generative AI tools /li liProficiency with Figma Make or similar AI-to-design tools /li liStrong prompt engineering skills for visual generation /li liSolid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy /li liFluent English (B2+ minimum) /li liCuriosity-driven mindset, you explore and adopt new AI tools proactively /li liFast iteration speed,
