As an Electronic Money Institution, Swan faces many legal and regulatory challenges when conducting its business and operations. As our Compliance Officer in Spain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations remain in line with regulatory requirements and will serve as the AMLRO for Spain. /p h3bMain tasks /b /h3 ul liManaging Regulatory Changes: Stay ahead of and implement regulatory changes in Spain. /li liRegulatory Submissions: Owner of submitting regulatory documents under the supervision of the Head of Compliance. /li liEscalation Point: Act as the escalation point for investigations conducted by FinCrime Analysts. /li liBusiness Use Cases: Explore regulatory aspects of various business use cases. /li liNew Products and Services: Assess regulatory aspects of new products and services. /li liCompliance Documentation: Contribute to the maintenance of our internal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. /li liRegulatory Watch: Conduct regulatory watch on Spanish banking supervision matters to keep the organization informed and compliant. /li liRegulatory bodies: Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish regulatory bodies (Banco de España / SEPBLAC / CNMV). /li /ul h3bPreferred experience /b /h3 ul liYou have significant experience (+5 years) in a Compliance position in a financial institution, ideally in a Fintech or another fast‑paced work environment. /li liYou have an excellent knowledge of Spanish banking regulations and payment ecosystem. /li liYou possess the mindset of a problem solver:

The salary range reflects our internal compensation structure and is based on market benchmarks for similar roles across Europe.
