We're looking for our first Operations Manager in the region to help make that happen. /p pThis role is about building. You'll establish our office and inventory hub in Guadalajara, implement inventory systems, manage logistics and customs processes, support customer fulfillment, and create the operational infrastructure that allows the business to scale. /p pYou'll have significant ownership, direct exposure to company leadership, and the opportunity to build processes from the ground up rather than inherit them. /p h3Why This Role Matters /h3 pAs we expand our presence in Mexico, reliable operations become a competitive advantage. /p pOur customers depend on us to deliver equipment on time, maintain inventory accuracy, and support deployments without operational friction. This role will be responsible for creating the systems and processes that make that possible. /p pSuccess in this role means customers receive what they need when they need it, internal teams can operate efficiently, and Overview AI has a scalable foundation for long-term growth in Mexico. /p h3What You'll Own /h3 h3Build Our Mexico Operations Hub /h3 ul liEstablish and manage our Guadalajara office and inventory location /li liCoordinate office setup, utilities, internet, security, access control, and vendor relationships /li liDevelop procedures for receiving, shipping, inventory management, safety,



and day-to-day operations /li liCreate the operational foundation that supports future growth /li /ul h3Inventory Fulfillment /h3 ul liImplement and manage inventory processes using Cin7 /li liMaintain accurate inventory records and stock controls /li liReceive inbound shipments and coordinate customer order fulfillment /li liManage serial number tracking, inventory movements, and inventory accuracy /li liSupport basic device preparation, configuration, and quality checks prior to shipment /li /ul h3Logistics, Imports Vendor Management /h3 ul liCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments throughout Mexico /li liManage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, couriers, and suppliers /li liMaintain import documentation and support compliance requirements /li liIdentify and resolve logistics bottlenecks before they impact customers /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Operations /h3 ul liPartner with Finance on invoicing, shipment confirmations, and operational reporting /li liWork closely with Sales to forecast inventory needs and support customer orders /li liAssist with onboarding and operational support for Mexico-based employees /li liSupport customer onboarding activities and operational documentation when needed /li /ul h3Process Improvement /h3 ul liDevelop and document SOPs across inventory, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and vendor management /li liTrack key operational metrics including inventory accuracy, turnaround times, shipping performance, and stock availability /li liContinuously improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs,
