For more information visit /ph3Duties and Responsibilities /h3pAbout the role: The new Legal Intern will support the Legal team by providing legal assistance to the Southern Region, mainly covering Spain, Portugal and Israel. /pulliReview, draft and support the preparation of commercial contracts, NDAs and related legal documentation. /liliAssist in contract management processes, including coordination with internal stakeholders (finance, compliance, data privacy). /liliProvide day‑to‑day legal support to the business teams in the Southern Region under supervision of the Legal Counsel Group. /liliSupport internal legal processes and documentation. /liliContribute to legal projects and ongoing initiatives led by the Group Legal team. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Experience /h3pAbout you /pulliPrevious internship or academic experience in commercial law, contract law, or corporate law. /liliExposure to drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, NDAs, or agreements (even at academic level).
/liliInitial experience or strong familiarity with contract management processes and legal documentation workflows. /liliFamiliarity with legal research and analysis to support business‑related legal questions. /liliParticipation in legal projects, clinics, or case studies during studies or prior internships. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pThis is an internship role requiring a University or Master’s agreement.
