You will provide meaningful financial insights, robust analysis and clear recommendations to support strategic decision‑making, working closely with Finance, Business Development, RD, Legal and Supply Chain teams in an international environment. /ph3Your Major Accountabilities /h3ulliDrive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for License and RD activities. /liliProvide high‑quality financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support business decisions. /liliOversee third‑party reporting for license agreements, including royalties, milestones, credit notes, payments and other contractual financial obligations. /liliPrepare financial evaluations and business cases for new license agreements, RD projects and product acquisition opportunities. /liliSupport investment decisions through profitability, cash‑flow and scenario analysis. /liliReview contractual terms from a financial perspective and ensure alignment with business assumptions. /liliBuild and maintain reliable financial databases covering key terms of license, RD and acquisition agreements. /liliPromote continuous improvement in reporting, controls, processes and financial visibility. /li /ulh3We Would Like You To Have /h3ulliDegree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field. /lili6 years of relevant experience, at least 3 in audit at a Big Four, plus 3 in controlling, corporate finance or business finance. /liliSolid expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business planning. /liliProven experience preparing financial models,
