If you thrive on turning complexity into clarity, enabling collaboration across stakeholders worldwide, and leading a team with purpose — this is your next step. /p h3What You Do /h3 ul liDefine, implement, and enhance the Corporate Process Governance Management Framework, aligning with the Allianz Target Operating Model (AZ TOM) and governing the Global Process Blueprint for harmonization across business and technology functions. /li liLead and inspire the Corporate Process Governance team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures, while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning. /li liSet standards, methodologies, and policies for process design, modeling, and implementation, driving Continuous Process Improvement initiatives across Allianz Technology. /li liEnsure compliance and control mechanisms are embedded in process execution, monitoring, and optimization,



leading the design and rollout of the new Standard for Process Implementation. /li liGuide and assess branches in adopting and implementing global process standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as DORA. /li liAct as a strong partner and influencer for local and global stakeholders, enabling transformation and driving process maturity. /li liAlign process governance with business and regulatory requirements, ensuring effective implementation and continuous enhancement. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li5+ years’ experience in process governance/management, or business transformation. /li liStrong understanding of governance models, frameworks and methodologies. /li liStrategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and structuring skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams, driving ownership and accountability. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures and geographies. /li liExperience managing transformation initiatives with a passion for transformation, innovation and enabling positive change. /li liCuriosity and adaptability to understand and leverage new technologies. /li liExperience in regulatory compliance is a plus (DORA or similar operational resilience regulations)
