That’s where you come In! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO: /h3 h3Spirit Availability plan enablement: /h3 ul liResponsible for mid long-term planning of Spirit availability, in line with Master Production Plans /li liAssess balance network requirements for bulk spirits within your assigned categories /li liMake informed Data-Driven Decisions to maximise material availability /li liTake ownership of any planning issues that arise due to spirit supply follow up actions especially in the event of spirit shortages that affect production (internal or co-packer) /li liPartner with suppliers, to ensure availability of casks to meet maturation finishing plans /li liManage the cask availability process from CAPEX through to filling empty cask monitoring /li liGenerate spirit supply master plan inclusive of NMS filling (weekly 4-16 weeks, monthly thereafter) /li liClose collaboration with supply centre spirit call of teams, ensuring accurate timely call off vs. requirements /li liBe a custodian of Bill of Materials (BOM) master data, to ensure effective accurate management of products /li liEnsure on time invoice payments in partnership with BES team to resolve issues, if needed /li liPlanning of trial and innovation activity (spirit + cask) /li /ul h3Distillery, maturation site Supplier Collaboration:
