You will have the opportunity to support leaders and employees, promote HR excellence, and help create an employee experience that reflects the quality and ambition of our brand. /p h3About the role: /h3 pWe are looking for an HR Generalist with extensive bexperience in payroll administration /b, as well as labor relations, and health and safety external partners. /p pThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the operational heart of HR: a highly hands‑on position with a strong focus on administrative excellence, employee lifecycle processes and labor‑related matters, while also supporting the coordination of initiatives and internal events. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdminister salary revision/adjustment and reward, bonus and recognition programs, as well as maintain the HR system (Workday) /li liAdminister employment contracts, and the employee life cycle. /li liMaintain organizational charts and People metrics and score cards up to date /li liDeliver standard HR-related reports regularly to the organization and to relevant external parties such as the authorities (LISMi, FUNDAE, etc),



as well as deliver ad hoc HR-related reports to the organization upon request. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in HR or similar /li liSolid 8+ years’ HR payroll and operations experience in Spain , in an international organization. /li liExcellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English. /li liGood structural and collaborative skills, customer service focus, with ability and ambition to drive continuous improvement and development in operational tasks.
