As a Senior ERP Finance Functional Lead, you’ll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human. /ppThis role sits within the Finance LEX stream of the Business Solutions team at Opella Digital, a dynamic team passionate about accompanying Sanofi CHC through its most exciting and challenging journey as it seeks to become a fully autonomous business in the nearest future. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive the functional transformation of the Finance domain during the global SAP S/4HANA rollout across multiple countries. /liliAct as the main Finance point of contact, connecting Finance stakeholders, Digital teams, and project leaders. /liliEnsure global process harmonization by applying and protecting the Finance core model and standards. /liliTranslate business needs into clear, scalable functional solutions through workshops and collaborative design sessions. /liliSupport ERP delivery activities from design to go‑live, including testing phases and hypercare. /liliWork closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure Finance solutions integrate smoothly with other business systems. /liliContribute to governance, decision‑making, and continuous improvement of the Finance ERP landscape. /li /ulh3About you /h3pExperience: /pulli10+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least one full‑cycle integral SAP S/4HANA transformation. /liliHands‑on experience contributing to ERP Finance transformations, ideally in complex or international environments. /liliDeep functional knowledge in Finance Performance Reporting Controlling – Industrial and Commercial controlling, Accounts to Report (A2R),



Source to Pay (S2P), Customer invoicing to cash (CI2C), ICO International Flow Management (IFM), Consolidation, Treasury management, Tax Management and Payroll integration. /liliSolid functional understanding of Finance processes and SAP‑based solutions including end‑to‑end Finance flows. /liliExperience with the transition from legacy systems such as SAP CEP or Unity to SAP S/4HANA Finance. /liliStrong functional knowledge of SAP modules: FI‑GL, FI‑AA, CLM (REFX lease accounting), S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal), DRC, Taxes, Period‑end closing, AR, AP, CO integration with FI‑GL. /li /ulh3Collaboration and Soft Skills /h3ulliComfortable working with diverse stakeholders and influencing without direct authority. /liliAbility to work independently, take ownership, and drive topics forward in a structured way. /liliProblem‑solving mindset: approaches challenges analytically and focuses on practical, sustainable solutions. /liliExceptional leadership and communication skills, bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership. /liliEntrepreneurship result orientation. /liliFluent in English. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience with integration platforms (SAP CPI, APIs, middleware). /liliFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools: Jira, Confluence. /liliHands‑on experience with incident, problem, and change management processes. /liliExposure to data governance, master data concepts, and reporting tools. /liliCollaboration with Digital Teams: engage with Architecture, Integration, and Data teams to ensure that Finance landscape applications follow best practices in design, integration patterns, security, and data management; contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture and integration standards. /li /ulh3Location /h3pBarcelona.
