ppbWould you like to be part of our team? /b /ppAt Aernnova, you will work on challenging projects alongside outstanding professionals, with opportunities for professional growth and international exposure. /ppWe are looking to strengthen our Planning team and are seeking a Production Planning Lead to join us. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure the accurate translation of customer demand into the company's production plan, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. /liliCoordinate the validation of customer orders against contractual requirements, identifying and communicating any deviations. /liliManage and distribute the Master Production Plan (MPP), including customer requirements and manufacturing completion status across all programs, providing a comprehensive view of production and deliveries to support decision-making on resources, capacity, and budgets. /liliIntegrate customer demand into the company's ERP system and maintain the finalized production plan for MRP execution. /liliProactively identify risks, analyze and elevate potential issues, and define mitigation and action plans to ensure business continuity and delivery performance. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or similar roles. /liliFluent English (written and spoken). /liliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel. /liliAvailability to travel. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience working in the aerospace or manufacturing industry. /liliKnowledge of ERP systems and MRP processes. /liliStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
