In this role you will perform credit analysis and support underwriting decisions for the Credit u0026amp; Surety Reinsurance segment, spanning sectors like Construction, Telecommunications, Automotives, and Real Estate. You collaborate with underwriting and risk teams globally to deliver data-informed risk assessments and implement AI-enabled transformation of credit processes. You will drive portfolio insights, monitor exposures, and help shape credit frameworks. This is a hands-on, cross-functional opportunity to influence risk governance and pricing in a general context.

• Perform credit analysis and internal rating assessments across industries and geographies; recommend credit limits within risk appetite
• Monitor exposures and assess impacts of market and company-specific developments; contribute to sector trends and concentration risk insights

Responsabilidades
• 4-8 years of experience in credit analysis or related credit work
• Strong academic background in business and/or postgraduate qualification (MBA/CFA or similar)
• Proficient in financial spreading, projections, and handling credit application documents
• Good knowledge of global macroeconomics, financial markets, and credit-related products
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; fluency in English and Spanish; German/French a plus
• Working knowledge of database management xqbhyrx tools and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across regions and cultures
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Digital transformation project experience is a plus
