Organize daily quality checks.



/p /li lipCreate and implement procedures on quality monitoring of hygienist, auxiliaries, doctors in the use of tools and compliance with processes. /p /li lipSolve escalated patient requests and personally work with problem patients via meeting in the clinic, call, video conference or emails. /p /li lipEngage in marketing and interviews, receipt of influencers, and photoshoots. This may involve videos for social media. /p /li lipCombine work in the office and in the clinic when clinic requires orthodontic knowledge support. /p /li lipThe work may involve travelling and need to work on weekends. /p /li lipYour hard work and drive to succeed will deliver nothing less than impressive results. /p /li /ul h3What you need to be successful: /h3 ul lipGraduate in dentistry or orthodontics, registered with the Dental Association. /p /li lipSolid clinical experience, ideally with aligners and digital technologies. /p /li lipExperience in supervising or coordinating a medical team. /p /li lipProficiency in digital tools and patient tracking software. /p /li lipAbility to supervise and validate treatment plans and manage complex cases. /p /li lipNatural leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. /p /li lipFocus on patient excellence and continuous improvement. /p /li lipProfessionalbEnglish /b, proficiency in an additional language will be considered an asset. /p /li lipWillingness tobtravel frequently /bto all of our clinics at an international level. /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
