Your main tasks include: /p ul liManaging and moderating our social media community with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok. /li liAnswering comments and direct messages in a friendly, confident, and professional manner. /li liCreating original photos, videos, Reels, and TikToks directly on site at our venues and live events. /li liDeveloping creative content concepts tailored to our brands, artists, events, and guests. /li liResearching current social media trends and translating them into fresh ideas for our channels. /li liSupporting promotional activities, giveaways, and community initiatives while providing simple regular performance reports.



/li /ul pTo succeed in this position, you must already live in Mallorca and possess a valid NIE along with a Spanish social security number. You should also bring: /p ul liInitial professional experience in social media management, community management, and content creation. /li liDeep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, alongside a keen instinct for viral trends and engaging visual storytelling. /li liPractical experience in shooting and editing mobile content (experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools is a plus). /li liExcellent German skills, as most of your community interaction will be in German (Spanish skills are a plus, as Spanish is our primary office language). /li liStrong self-organization, teamwork, and the flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and live events. /li /ul pWe offer you a dynamic, full-time seasonal position (40 hours per week) starting immediately, located directly at Playa de Palma.
