With an expanding structure and a dynamic environment, we are looking to strengthen our Human Resources area with an experienced, self‑driven, and results‑oriented professional. /p h3The opportunity /h3 pWe are looking for a People Operations Specialist who makes sure all the administrative and operational sides of HR run smoothly in our different locations: managing the employee lifecycle (hires, contracts, terminations), payroll, benefits, and data systems (HRIS), ensuring compliance with labour law in each country in coordination with the HRBPs. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Employee lifecycle administration /h3 ul liManage hires, contracts, amendments, and terminations. /li liCoordinate documentation with local advisors. /li liRun operational onboarding and offboarding. /li /ul h3Systems data (HRIS) /h3 ul liAdminister Factorial as the single source of truth. /li liEnsure data integrity and consistency. /li liProduce People reporting and metrics. /li /ul h3Payroll /h3 ul liReview and consolidate the month's variances. /li liCoordinate submission to the advisory firm and payment with Finance. /li liUpload and file payslips in the system. /li liAdminister benefits enrolment and management.
