As a Quality Risk Officer, you will contribute to the firm's acceptance, independence, ethics, and risk management processes, while ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities, coordinating internal processes, and supporting teams in a dynamic international environment. /ph3Key responsabilities /h3ulliSupport the firm's client onboarding and continuance processes. /liliAssist in managing ethics, independence, and compliance matters at firm level. /liliPerform risk assessments, including KYC/AML reviews, international sanctions screening, and cryptocurrency-related risk analyses. /liliParticipate in monitoring activities, quality assurance reviews, and internal control procedures. /liliContribute to strategic cross-functional projects at both the local and Group levels. /liliManage registrations and filings with the Swiss Commercial Register. /liliDraft reports, analyses, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. /li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent higher education qualification. /lili1-3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related field, with a strong interest in compliance and risk management. /liliSolid knowledge of KYC/AML requirements, international sanctions frameworks, and the cryptocurrency sector.
