Experteer Overview
In this hands-on leadership role, you will own global payroll strategy, operations, governance, and continuous improvement across 20+ countries. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure compliant, accurate, and scalable payroll that supports growth and employee experience. You’ll lead end-to-end payroll execution, optimize systems and service models, and strengthen internal controls. This position offers strategic influence and hands-on execution, driving transformation in a complex multinational environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead the integral payroll function to ensure accurate, timely payroll in compliance with country regulations and internal controls
• Provide day-to-day leadership and development to the payroll team to drive engagement and performance
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across all countries in scope, including regular and off-cycle payrolls, year-end activities, and statutory reporting
• Maintain a robust internal control framework with process documentation, key controls, and remediation
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, automation, and service models for scalability and risk management
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Treasury on funding, reconciliations, and journal entries




• Lead payroll-related transformation initiatives including vendor transitions and new system implementations
• Ensure strong project governance, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution across payroll initiatives
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Procurement to manage impacts and drive service excellence

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience in a multinational environment with leadership responsibility
• Deep expertise in global payroll operations, compliance, controls, and best practices
• Experience leading process improvement, transformation, and systems initiatives
• Hands-on leadership capable of managing strategic planning and detailed execution
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in matrixed, international organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to articulate risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities at all levels of the organization
• Payroll vendor management and global implementation experience preferred
• CPP, FPC, or related international payroll certification a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
