General Procurement Buyer – Responsibilities

- Manage local sourcing activities, launching call for tenders and selecting suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with the procurement strategy and with GP processes and guidelines.
- Conduct the procurement process to fulfil business needs and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize bundling opportunities, synergies and harmonization to obtain best solutions and protect the company from any risk.
- Maintain continuous commercial relationship with suppliers to secure work with best‑in‑class suppliers.
- Manage the relation with internal customers, understand their needs, guide them and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve saving and procurement performance in accordance with GP methodology and targets.
- Ensure operations with expected quality and timeliness to support the business.
- Analyse data and KPIs, provide relevant reporting.
- Ensure compliance and integrity in all activities, in accordance with company values and rules.

- Field of studies: Engineering/Business
- Languages: fluent in English (mandatory);
