The idóneo candidate has a proven track record in developing cooling solutions, leading international teams, and driving specification-led business growth within the HVAC-R industry. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and develop the global HVAC-R Solution Development team, driving technical excellence and market impact. /li liBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key HVAC-R consultants, specifiers, and industry influencers worldwide. /li liAct as the primary interface between consultants, Front-End Sales, Solution Engineering, and Product Development. /li liDrive the development of innovative cooling solution concepts and influence project specifications early in the design phase.
