Marketplace & Content Sourcing Strategy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to join our Transport team in Barcelona (hybrid) to define the Train and air content sourcing strategy in partnership with IT and Product leadership. The role involves architecting the future of a multibillion‑search travel marketplace and managing content provider relationships across air and rail.

Responsibilities

-

- Define marketplace sourcing strategy to maximize sustainable value generation.

- Manage relationships with diverse content providers and enforce quality targets.

- Define content sourcing strategy for ground transportation (rail, bus) in close cooperation with Product, IT and Legal, sourcing partners across geographies.

- Contribute to overall content strategy definition for the Transport business area.

- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and facilitate discussions with senior leadership.

- Deliver on roadmap and achievement of objectives by working closely with all functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

-

- Minimum 5 years of top‑tier consultancy background or equivalent experience.

- English proficiency at C1–C2 level.

- Strategic mindset and results‑driven orientation.

- Ability to make agile decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

- Experience with applied AI tools such as Gemini or other AI‑powered assistants.





- Experimentation mindset: curiosity and eagerness to explore and integrate emerging AI solutions.
