HR Business Partner – Iberia (Madrid, Spain) – Hybrid. Salary: €45,000 + 10% annual bonus. Reporting to HR Director Iberia.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who works closely with managers across Spain and Portugal, translating business priorities into people solutions, building engaged teams and fostering an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

- Partner with the Business and build trusted relationships with managers and business leaders across Iberia.
- Provide practical HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Translate business priorities into people initiatives that support performance and growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help managers navigate day‑to‑day people challenges.
- Support organisational design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Contribute to talent reviews and succession planning.
- Identify development opportunities and partner on learning initiatives.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire and onboard talent.
- Partner with the Labour Relations Lead on employee relations and performance management matters.
- Support annual HR processes including performance reviews, salary reviews and talent discussions.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and high‑performing culture.
- Use people insights and HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Participate in local and regional HR projects and continuously simplify processes.

Qualifications




- Minimum five years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development and core HR processes.
- Experience supporting managers in a dynamic business environment.
- Previous experience within an international or matrix organisation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Spanish labour market;
exposure to Portugal isa plus.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Workday are highly valued.
- Previous experience working in a Center of Excellence model is appreciated.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, practical, business‑oriented and solutions‑focused.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities, collaborative, adaptable and eager to learn. xhfqzwm
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
