The Social Media Coordinator will support content execution and day‑to‑day social operations across the EMEA/APAC corporate social channels of THE·TEAM. Located in London or Madrid, the role reports to the EMEA/APAC Social Lead and works closely with Social Media Managers, creative teams, and communications stakeholders.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

- Manage and execute daily content on THE·TEAM’s EMEA/APAC corporate social channels.
- Schedule, publish and maintain content across priority platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and editorial standards.
- Coordinate publishing workflows, support social‑first execution for campaigns, talent moments, company initiatives, and cultural conversations.
- Draft social copy and build content in formats such as short‑form video, carousels, Stories and real‑time posts.
- Monitor trends, conversations and platform behaviours to surface culturally relevant opportunities.
- Conduct social listening across sports, entertainment, media and culture landscapes.
- Assist with asset management, internal workflow coordination and reporting, performance tracking, and insight gathering.
- Support real‑time coverage during events, launches, campaigns and major company moments.
- Collaborate with social, creative and communications teams to support broader marketing and storytelling initiatives.




- Provide onsite content capture and social execution for selected shoots and events when needed.

Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3years of agency‑side, brand or creator‑focused social media experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, internet culture and evolving best practices.
- Familiarity with native platform analytics and social management tools such as Sprinklr or similar.
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- High standard of excellence, adaptability and willingness to work non‑traditional hours around live moments and events.
- Video capture and editing capabilities (CapCut, Edits, Premiere Pro, etc.) preferred.
- Strong awareness of trends across sports, entertainment, media and internet culture.
- Passion for storytelling, audience behavior and platform‑native content.
- Proficiency in GoogleSuite, Keynote, Slack and Box.
- Passion for and experience working natively in TikTok is a bonus.
