/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform /li liShould have completed at least 3-4 end to end Pega project implementations /li liHandling a small team of Pega developers /li liHands-on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC,ABAC), Reporting /li liHands-on experience in Process Flows, Decision Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File / Email Listeners, JobSchedulers/Queue Processors /li liGood knowledge on UI/UX Portals development rules /li liGood knowledge on REST, SOAP APIs /li liUnderstanding of Pega application performance tuning activities /li liUnderstanding of Pega Best Practices, Guardrail improvement techniques /li liUnderstanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL /li liGood knowledge on UI, Portals development /li liGood knowledge of Pega Best Practices /li liWorking knowledge of project implementation methodologies /li /ul h3Ideal qualifications /h3 ul liB.Sc, M. Sc, B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics Telecommunications, Comp.
