This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in financial planning, reporting, and business partnering, working closely with both local and group stakeholders. /ph3Your Impact /h3pYou will contribute to delivering high-quality financial insights and supporting decision-making across the business, helping improve performance and drive value. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead financial analysis, including PL, KPIs, and variance analysis versus budget and forecast. /liliSupport budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes. /liliDeliver accurate and timely reporting to local management and Group Finance. /liliMonitor business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.



/liliPartner with stakeholders to translate financial data into actionable insights. /liliContribute to business decision-making and performance improvement initiatives. /liliEnsure data consistency, reconciliation, and reporting quality. /liliDrive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and data accessibility. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulli4–6 years of experience in FPA, Controlling, or similar roles. /liliStrong analytical and financial modelling skills. /liliAdvanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, SAC, etc.). /liliExperience in multinational or group reporting environments is a plus. /liliSAP knowledge (Business One is a plus). /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliHands‑on, proactive, and business‑oriented mindset. /liliFluent English (mandatory), both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliBig 4 background (Audit/TS). /liliExperience with consolidation tools (HFM or similar). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
