Ready to shape the future of our online business? Join our Spanish Team as a Sales Operations Administrator (m/f/d) and help us drive sustainable growth across channels.

Your Responsibilities:

- Process B2B customer orders and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure product availability and on-time delivery

- Prepare invoices and monitor incoming payments and outstanding receivables

- Maintain and update customer master data

- Communicate directly with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and support

- Manage customer complaints and returns, including credit note processing

- Manage and maintain condition contracts

- Support projects related to the future Marketplace logistics setup





- Monitor Marketplace orders and communicate with end consumers

- Collaborate regularly with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Transport Management, International Sales Operations, and Finance at the German headquarters

Your Profile:

-

- Successfully completed training as an Industrial Clerk

- Several years of experience in back-office operations, ideally with experience in Inside Sales or Sales Operations

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation

- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)

- Good knowledge of SAP

- Hands‑on mentality with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach

- Sales‑oriented and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high level of service‑mindfulness

- Strong team player, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
