The role requires extensive experience in technical procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConvert technical drawings and BOMs into detailed purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) according to project needs. /li liManage daily communication with mechanical suppliers, ensuring timely confirmation of orders, manufacturing progress, and delivery confirmations. /li liReview and validate supplier quotations, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with 2D/3D design documentation. /li liCoordinate with Engineering for design modifications or technical deviations, updating instructions and supplier documentation accordingly. /li liOversee first article inspections (FAI) and ensure dimensional, surface, and material conformity before series deliveries. /li liSupport incoming quality control processes, address non-conformities, and lead supplier corrective actions. /li liMaintain all supplier and order data in SAP R3 (MM) module, ensuring complete traceability of manufacturing purchase orders. /li liCollaborate with Finance for invoice validation, cost recording, and payment tracking. /li liMonitor and report project purchase milestones, highlighting potential risks, delays, or cost deviations.
