At Insud Pharma, we believe in innovation and sustainable development. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 pWe are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel – Litigation to join the Legal Department at Insud Pharma, reporting directly to the Disputes Resolution Director. /p pThis role will support the commercial litigation function of the Legal Department, combining procedural litigation work, pre‑litigation risk management, and business‑oriented legal support, particularly in clinical trials and strategic projects. /p pThe position offers exposure to multi‑jurisdictional disputes and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams within a highly innovative and technology‑driven legal environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDraft and review procedural documents across civil, commercial, criminal, and administrative proceedings. /li liManage litigation matters independently or in coordination with external counsel. /li liSupport case strategy, evidence analysis,



and procedural deadlines. /li liEnsure consistency of legal arguments across jurisdictions and matters. /li liSupport pre‑litigation matters in coordination with relevant business units and internal legal stakeholders. /li liIdentify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies before escalation into formal disputes. /li liAct as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external counsel. /li liProvide legal support to Clinical Trials and RD teams. /li liAssist in the drafting and negotiation of contracts with CROs, vendors, hospitals, and strategic partners. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory and contractual guidelines. /li liMonitor and support initiatives related to ESG/EHS regulations and compliance. /li liContribute to risk assessments related to environmental, health, and sustainability matters impacting disputes. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of litigation processes, templates, and internal policies. /li liParticipate in legal tech and digital transformation initiatives within the Legal Department. /li liLeverage AI tools and data‑driven approaches to improve efficiency and knowledge management. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul libLaw degree /b (LLB or equivalent). /li lib1–3 years of experience in litigation /b, either in a law firm or in‑house. /li liQualification to practice law in Spain. /li liStrong drafting skills in procedural law, especially in civil and commercial matters.
