As Global Fire and Explosion Safety Specialist, you lead the BU Fire and Explosion Safety Program across facilities, ensuring compliance with internal, industry, and regulatory standards. You shape cross-functional safety strategies, assess prevention systems, and drive risk mitigation to support operational excellence. You will train sites, influence purchasing, installation, and maintenance with safety requirements, and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence. This role offers impactful work shaping safety culture, with global travel and collaboration across teams. You will work in a dynamic environment dedicated to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering with specialization in Fire and Explosion safety
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of EN (EU) Fire and Explosion Regulations, SEVESO, ATEX, British Standards, API, and NFPA
• Experience in safety inspections and audits
• Proven ability to collaborate with insurance companies on prevention
• Safety expertise in risk reviews for capital projects related to Fire and Explosion safety
• Willingness to travel globally (10-20%) and fluent in English
