- Previous experience in event organization, hospitality, MICE and/or weddings
- Strong organizational and operational coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and guest-oriented mindset
- Dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Team player mentality
- Ability to multitask and stay highly organized
- Fluent English is essential
- German will be highly valued
- Knowledge of hotel and commercial systems will be considered a plus

Grado o FP en Turismo, Gestión Hotelera, Organización de Eventos, Protocolo o similar.
