Key Responsibilities Track shipments
Oversee inventory audits
Maintain track of purchases and pricing
Forecast both supply and demand that helps prevent running understocking or overstocking
Enter purchase details (invoices, vendor details, pricing) into the internal databases
Place orders that help replenish stock items as and when required
Track shipments and keep the records up-to-date on a day-to-day basis
Oversee product storage, particularly of fragile items
Maintaining inventory audits on a regular basis
Liaise with the internal teams and warehouse manager in order to facilitate the work of the sales team
Qualifications At least two years of experience in stock management, preferably gained in Luxury Retail
Dynamism, excellent organisational skills, and a fluent knowledge of Spanish
A good level of English is required as well
Familiarity with supply chain procedures and good communication skills to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams




Working knowledge of inventory management software is required
