Your responsibilities will include: /pulliPartnering with the Country Manager and leadership team to support strategic and operational decision-making. /liliCoordinating accounting activities with our Global Business Services organization, ensuring compliance with Group policies, US GAAP and local accounting standards. /liliOverseeing statutory reporting, financial statements, audits, tax compliance and legal coordination. /liliDelivering accurate monthly management reporting, financial analysis and business insights. /liliPreparing PL reviews, headcount reporting and variance analysis. /liliCoordinating monthly forecasts and supporting the annual budgeting process. /liliDeveloping KPIs and Power BI reporting to improve business performance. /liliDriving financial governance, process improvements and operational efficiencies across Iberia.
