Our three values are: /p ul liTo be entrepreneurial – we are teams of doers who make things happen - with autonomy, energy and a sense of responsibility /li liTo always take responsibility – for our impact on the people we work with, the society we are part of, and the environment in which we operate /li liTo constantly be adaptable – our business is designed to adapt, answering not only today’s challenges, but also anticipating what’s coming next. /li /ul h3About The Role /h3 pFacility Manager is responsible for monitoring critical physical infrastructure management activities in our datacenters in Spain, in collaboration with our suppliers/vendors/partners, and under supervision of the Facility Manager Lead /p pTheir perimeter covers all technical areas in the datacenters, with focus on: Electricity, Cooling, Mechanical, Low Current, Security Systems (access control, CCTV...) and HS management, among others. /p pThey are one of the main players in the quality of the service provided to our customers and participates in ensuring service continuity.



/p pThe facility manager is responsible for following up of maintenance operations and the preparation/supervision of schedules. Also it is quite important to guarantee the right performance to ensure the compliance of SLA and KPIs defined by contracts. /p pThey oversee communication with customers regarding maintenance operations, preventive planning and management of corrective actions. /p h3FM SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP /h3 ul liDevelops monthly reports related to critical physical infrastructure management. /li liHelps customers with their certification process, audits, etc. providing info and data to the Critical Environment Manager and Customer Service Manager. /li liEnsure the execution of infrastructure improvements following client contract framework. /li liSupport audits (internal and external) to achieve and follow up certifications (PCI-DSS, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO45001, and so on) /li /ul h3TECHNICAL MISSION /h3 ul liMonitors and manages critical physical infrastructure maintenance /li liCreates/reviews technical management of incidents (Incident reports, RCAs, action plans…) with the possible assistance of technical experts, and reports to his/her manager.



/li liMonitors the infrastructure to ensure a smooth and efficient operation /li liParticipates in incident drills scenarios to verify the adequacy of procedures and the level of control of the facilities by the teams /li liParticipates in customer contract management meetings as technical support /li liParticipates in internal operation meetings (with multi-technical providers) /li liImplements and supports providers to implement the procedures defined at the group level /li liTracks the improvement/action plans related to incidents, non-conformities and any other source of risk for the facilities /li liManages supplier’s contracts and participates in their follow up and review /li liSupports the General Process Owners (GPO) to implement their processes /li liEnsures that technical decisions within the building are made in the best interest of efficiency and reliability /li liProposes improvements for the facility when possible /li /ul h3RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS /h3 h3Respect and enforce certification policies in terms of: /h3 ul liHS: Respect and enforce health and safety rules /li liEnvironment: Respect and enforce environmental policies /li liInformation security: Respect and enforce information security policies /li liEnergy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Education and experience /h3 ul liAn undergraduate degree in a technical field (Industrial Engineer, with or without master) /li li3+ years relevant experience in a data center or critical facility /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of electrical/ mechanical systems (HV, LV, mechanical, HVAC systems, BMS, controls), computer networks, safety and security /li liManagement of long-term relationship with suppliers/providers /li liManagement of root cause investigations in the event of an incident /li liAbility to listen to internal customer needs /li liGood communication in English /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liAdaptability and agility /li liCuriosity /li liSense of responsibility /li liTeam player mindset /li liRigorous /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
