Categorize applications into bHigh-Risk /b(e.g., HR recruitment, safety-critical plant automation) and bLow-Risk /b(e.g., internal knowledge bases, marketing copy) /ppbAI Inventory Management: /bMaintain a centralized registry of all "High-Risk" and "Limited-Risk" AI systems across the group to ensure continuous auditability. /ppbApproval Authority: /bAct as the final gatekeeper for the deployment of High-Risk AI, ensuring they meet Holcim’s technical and ethical "Definition of Ready." /ppbConflict Resolution: /bMediate between technical teams pushing for rapid deployment and compliance/security teams focused on risk mitigation. /ppbRegulatory Liaison: /bServe as the primary point of contact for external regulators regarding the bEU AI Act /b, Swiss FDPD, and other global frameworks. /ppbAudit Readiness: /bLead the preparation for internal and external AI audits working with AI application owners.
