Role Overview We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our construction team in Estepona (Costa del Sol). In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure project deadlines, strict quality standards, and smooth daily operations on-site.
Candidates who do not currently reside in Estepona but are willing to relocate to the area are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Organization: Assist in planning and organizing daily construction site activities to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Quality Supervision: Supervise and coordinate specific site adjustments or interventions to guarantee final building quality standards.
Incident Management: Identify operational incidents during project development and propose practical, sustainable solutions.




Reporting & Communication: Regularly communicate project progress, incidents, and improvement proposals to the Site Manager and key stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Promote efficiency across execution processes to ensure maximum satisfaction for all involved parties.
Requirements & Qualifications Education: Technical Degree in Architecture (Arquitectura Técnica), Building Engineering, or similar relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar assistant or site management role within the construction sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and construction planning tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to work under pressure, manage site incidents, and implement effective solutions.
Profile: Proactive individual with strong attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork.
