We are looking for a bLogistics Supply Chain Specialist /b with bbilingual-level English /b to play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain operations across the European region. /ppWhat will your mission be? /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliManage order documentation, shipments, and customer communications. /liliPlan and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. /liliMonitor and analyze sales forecasts provided by Area Managers. /liliCoordinate product replenishment and supply from the Dominican Republic. /liliManage the logistics of promotional materials and product samples. /liliWork closely with the logistics provider and the Barcelona warehouse on a daily basis. /liliOptimize order management processes together with regional customers. /liliProvide customer support, handling incidents, claims, and documentation-related queries. /liliSupport export and customs documentation processes. /liliMonitor and control logistics costs and warehouse expenses. /liliCollaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams. /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3ulliMinimum b2-3 years /b of experience in logistics, supply chain, export, or logistics customer service roles. /liliExperience in demand planning, inventory management, and order coordination.
