Bring your ideas to a dynamic, modern ecosystem and help us build the next generation of aerospace solutions. /p h3Description /h3 pYou will join the multicultural and multidisciplinary IM Integration Digital Technologies team, which actively contributes to the digitalization of our business and are operating a Workload Automation platform based on the Control-M tool suite. The platform is used to automate business processes across all domains and functions within the company and becoming more and more a critical part of our IM infrastructure. /p h3Your challenges, main tasks accountabilities? /h3 ul liPlatform Operations: Ensure the proper real-time monitoring and operation of the Control-M production plan, working in close collaboration with related subcontractors. /li liWorkflow Creation: Manage and deliver required change requests, job scheduling, and new feature requests (Build) based on functional specifications. /li liIncident Management: Act as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting job failures, analyzing logs/Sysout,



and performing recovery actions to meet operational SLAs. /li liService Lifecycle: Contribute to the product and service strategy by defining scheduling rules, calendars, and optimization through On-Do actions. /li liCollaboration: Work with the IM Security team to ensure that automation standards and developed solutions meet security constraints and compliance. /li liStakeholder Management: Act as a technical focal point for all actors involved in the batch processing ecosystem. /li /ul h3Your main interfaces in this mission will be: /h3 ul liControl-M Product Owner /li liBusiness Process Owners App Teams /li liAirbus Control-M CoE /li liIM Security Project Managers /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liDegree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field. /li liControl-M Expertise: Strong experience in Workload Automation (V9.x or higher), including Monitoring, Planning, and Configuration. /li liTechnical Background: Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments, with the ability to read/modify Shell, Bash, or PowerShell scripts. /li liProactive Attitude: Team player with a "can-do" attitude and experience working in international teams. /li liQuality Focus: Good understanding of business requirements and a commitment to maintaining production stability. /li liCommunication: English at negotiation level. /li /ul h3Following skills would be a plus: /h3 ul liExperience with Control-M MFT (Managed File Transfer) or specific add-ons (Databases, Cloud). /li liExperience with Scrum and SAFe methodologies. /li liGerman / French /li /ul h3Which benefits will you have as Airbus employee? /h3 ul liVacation days plus additional days-off along the year (Apróx. 35 days per year in total).
