brDriving cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and process streamlining through data analysis




brOptimization and standardization of in-station processes such as receiving, sortation, route planning and loading
brCreation of reports measuring performance and quality
brCreation of training material and train the trainer sessions
brLead root cause analysis (using Lean, 5S or similar tools) to resolve performance gaps in relevant In Station KPIs
brDrive a culture of continuous improvement by training frontline leaders on lean principles
brCreate and implement routines and mechanisms to drive improvement in the delivery stations

brBachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years of experience in the logistics and delivery/ distribution industry
brFluent English, which can be used as a working language; German or French proficiency preferred;
