At BMC Helix, we build an AI‑native engine for IT service and operations management. This role is a Digital Sales Representative who supports our global sales team by generating new revenue opportunities and engaging prospects.

Responsibilities

- Partner with Field Sales to craft territory strategies and uncover new revenue streams.

- Use inventive outreach and storytelling to engage decision‑makers and turn cold leads into warm opportunities.

- Tap into world‑class enablement programs and take charge of your development.

- Collaborate with a global team, challenge the status quo, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Utilize RevTech to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and market dynamics.

- Align and amplify messaging by working with marketing, product, and sales leadership to maximize campaign impact.

Qualifications

- Proven track record in sales with a hunger to prove yourself.

- Start‑up mindset: resourceful, resilient,



and ready to hustle.

- Natural curiosity and knack for solving problems creatively.

- Storytelling ability that connects dots and inspires action.

- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and RevTech and a willingness to learn fast.

- Language skills: Swedish fluency.
